Fast Food Projects

Victorian Agribioscience Centre

McDonald's Caltex Service Centre, Hoddle Street, Abbotsford

Clients: McDonald’s Aust and Caltex
Architect: Richard Mabin & Associates.
Project value: $5 million

Small service centre salesroom constructed from raft slab, precast panels and steel framed roof with a freestanding steel framed canopy. Three street boundaries with a 100 year old masonry boundary wall resulted in challenging site remediation works during the removal of the old petroleum tanks.
